Permit to Work – Initiator and Issuer Competency Training

Objectives:  Understanding the purpose of Permit to Work, Roles & Responsibilities, form completion, and understanding the process of Permit to Work.   

This course introduces employees to the Permit to Work process utilized on ConocoPhillips’ North Slope work sites. Some topics included are; the purpose of the Permit to Work process, roles and responsibilities of those initiating and issuing permits, the types of permits to be used, and practice of permit completion. This course is for ConocoPhillips employees and contractors.
