Training requirements vary based on your occupation, work location, and other factors. Please speak with your supervisor or HSE department about additional training requirements for your specific role and working location(s). ConocoPhillips Alaska HSE Orientation This course is required for all individuals requiring lodging at ConocoPhillips’ Camps. Applies to Escorted/Visitors and Unescorted workers at all fields, including Western North Slope Alpine, Greater Kuparuk Area, and Willow. To assign yourself the appropriate training, follow the steps below:Click here to sign in to your existing ASAOnline account or sign up for the COPA: HSE Orientation to create an ASAOnline account. Once signed in, click on the Profile tab located in the blue menu bar at the top of the page. On the right of your Profile page, look for the Company Role section. From the options with COPA in their title, select the role that best matches your position. If you are unsure which role best suits your needs, contact your supervisor or HSE department. You can select more than one role. COPA role options Click here to explore Company Roles 101 – COPA: Alpine Escorted Option for escorted visitors to the ConocoPhillips Alpine operating area. 102 – COPA: Kuparuk Escorted Option for escorted visitors to the ConocoPhillips Kuparuk operating area. 103 – COPA: Alpine Unescorted Option for unescorted workers in the ConocoPhillips Alpine operating area. 104 – COPA: Kuparuk Unescorted Option for unescorted workers in the ConocoPhillips Kuparuk operating area. 105 – COPA: Alpine Drilling and Wells Option for drill and/or well site workers in the ConocoPhillips Alpine operating area. 106 – COPA: Kuparuk Drilling and Wells Option for drill and/or well site workers in the ConocoPhillips Kuparuk operating area. 111 – COPA WILLOW: Alpine Escorted Option for escorted visitors on the Willow project passing through the ConocoPhillips Alpine operating area. 112 – COPA WILLOW: Kuparuk Escorted Option for escorted visitors on the Willow project passing through the ConocoPhillips Kuparuk operating area. 113 – COPA WILLOW: Alpine Unescorted Option for unescorted workers on the Willow project working in the ConocoPhillips Alpine operating area. 114 – COPA WILLOW: Kuparuk Unescorted Option for unescorted workers on the Willow project working in the ConocoPhillips Kuparuk operating area. 115 – COPA WILLOW: Willow Unescorted Option for unescorted workers on the Willow project working in the ConocoPhillips Willow operating area. Once you have selected the relevant roles, click the green Save button just below the User Agreements section to update your role(s). The page will reload. In the Company Role section, the Required Training Topics box will now be filled with different COPA requirements. If you do not see any information in the Required Training Topics box, check to make sure you still have a Company Role assigned before continuing. Scroll down and click the green Save button again. This will auto-assign the courses to your profile. Click the Home button in the grey strip at the top of your screen to view the list of assigned trainings.It is your responsibility to stay in compliance with ConocoPhillips safety standards. If there is a training you need to take that was not automatically assigned to your profile, use the Store tab in ASAOnline to enroll in the training.You can update your Company Role at any time. Simply return to the Profile screen and select the correct Company Role. Remember, you will need to click the Save button twice before the appropriate courses are assigned to your Home page. Your assigned training will change to reflect the new training requirements, but any course you have already completed will not be affected. NSTC UNESCORTED COURSE Please note that all unescorted workers on the North Slope are required to complete the NSTC Unescorted or NSTC Unescorted + NSTC H2S/FeS training courses. If you completed your NSTC training prior to 2022, you must also complete the 2022 Alaska Safety Handbook Update. PERMIT TO WORK Your job may also require Permit to Work or other specialized training. Please contact your supervisor or HSE Manager for more information about job specific training requirements.
